Returns & Refunds

Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Because tea is a food product, change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unopened boxes in their original sealed condition. Opened boxes or individual tea bags cannot be returned unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs. Contact support@verichun.com before sending anything back.
