VERI CHUN Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective date:August 1, 2026
We want you to receive your VERI CHUN order in the condition you expected. Please read the conditions below before requesting a return or refund.
Return Request Window
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, an item must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.
Do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization and instructions.
Tea and Other Food Products
Because tea is a food product, opened boxes, opened individual tea bags and products with broken seals cannot be returned for a change of mind, personal taste preference or an unwanted purchase.
This restriction does not apply when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.
Scented Cards
Unopened and unused scented cards in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within the 14-day return window.
Opened or used scented cards cannot be returned for a change of mind or fragrance preference. This restriction does not apply when an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact support@verichun.com within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the outer parcel, shipping label and affected product. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund. Please retain the item and packaging until we have completed our review.
Change-of-Mind Return Shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of tracked return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
If the return results from our error or from a damaged, defective or incorrect item, VERI CHUN will provide an appropriate resolution and will cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided in your return authorization email:

Returns sent without authorization, to a different address or with shipping charges due may be refused.
Refunds
We will notify you after an approved return has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank, card issuer or payment provider to post the refund. Processing times vary by provider and location.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, request a return for the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact support@verichun.com within 12 hours of purchase. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:
- Opened tea boxes or individual tea bags
- Products with broken seals
- Opened or used scented cards
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale before purchase
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under the consumer protection laws that apply to your purchase.
