VERI CHUN Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VERI CHUN. The information below explains where we currently ship, how long delivery normally takes and what to expect after placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time shown below.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take several business days to display its first update after the parcel has been handed to the international carrier.
Where We Ship
We offer tracked international delivery to destinations in Asia and to other countries and regions worldwide where checkout is available.
Available destinations may change as logistics services and delivery conditions change. If your country or region is not available for selection at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
Estimated Delivery Times
Asia
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch
All Other Available Destinations
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch
Shipping rates and free-shipping eligibility vary by destination, product type and order value. Any applicable shipping charge or free-shipping threshold is displayed at checkout before payment. The rate shown at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Peak seasons, weather, customs inspections, local carrier operations, remote delivery addresses and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
Shipping Origin and Logistics Partner
Orders are dispatched from China and delivered through a third-party international logistics partner using tracked international parcel services. Local delivery may be completed by a different carrier after the parcel reaches its destination country or region.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
For the shipping routes currently offered by VERI CHUN, customs clearance and applicable import charges are arranged through our logistics service and are included unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout or before dispatch.
Customers should not normally be asked to pay an additional import charge upon delivery. If a carrier or customs representative unexpectedly requests payment, please contact support@verichun.com before making the payment so that we can investigate.
Address Accuracy
Please review your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you need to make a correction, contact support@verichun.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.
VERI CHUN is not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer. Any additional cost of reshipping an order returned for this reason may be charged to the customer.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, contact support@verichun.com with your order number. We will ask the logistics provider to investigate.
A parcel marked as delivered may require confirmation with the local carrier, household members, building management or the delivery location before a claim can be opened.
Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact support@verichun.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the outer parcel, shipping label and affected item
