Ginseng (artificially cultivated for five years or less), mulberry fruit, polygonatum rhizome, jujube and goji berry.

How to Brew

Place one sachet in a cup. Add water at approximately 85°C and steep for around 3 minutes. Adjust the steeping time according to your preferred strength.
